This Privacy Policy describes how AMPED Leadership LLC ("AMPED," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ampedleadership.com, engage with our tools (including the Executive Dichotomy Scorecard), subscribe to communications, or inquire about services.

Assessment inputs: your responses to the Executive Dichotomy Scorecard and related diagnostic tools, along with any optional fields you provide (e.g., role/organization).
Email subscription data: email address and preferences when you subscribe to receive updates (e.g., podcast updates).
Payments: when you purchase a product or service, payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe and/or PayPal). We receive transaction confirmations and details necessary for recordkeeping, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
