How I got here

I’ve spent my career inside high-pressure environments—watching what happens when strong people keep performing while their internal system quietly degrades.

I’ve also lived it. The point where your calendar is full, your responsibilities are real, and you’re still functioning—but something underneath is starting to fracture.

AMPED came from rebuilding from that place, then studying the patterns that make it predictable for other leaders.
